Children's Church & Creche


 

Creche
Creche is available every Sunday during morning worship and is
open to all babies, toddlers and young children whose parents are
attending the morning service.

Children's Church
During the Morning Service children of P1 to P4 age are welcome to
attend Children's Church in the Minor Hall.  There they have a time of
worship together involving prayer, singing familiar choruses and hearing
a story.

Vision of Good Hope

 

All goods are gratefully received at 11 Main Street, Rathfriland.
We accept house clearances, clothes, bric-a-brac, toys, etc.
We are not in a position to sell electrical equipment because of
legislation. To arrange leaving items there (or in cases of poor
health/disability, to arrange collection) please contact:-

Sunday School

 

The Sunday School year runs from September until June and we
meet each Sunday from 10:15 until 11:15 am.  There are three
sections to the Sunday school:

Primary Section (Children P1 to P3)
Junior Section  (Children P4 to P7)
Bible Class     (Children in Secondary School)

Who is Presbyterian Women for?

Presbyterian women is for all women; there is no age restriction.

All women who come along will be made to feel most welcome.

What is the aim of Presbyterian Women?

Presbyterian Women aims to highlight the need for:

1. Love and unity

2. Obedience to God

3. Christian living and spiritual maturity

4. Service using gifts, time and money

5. Local and global mission

What happens?

It is an opportunity to meet together as a group of women

and enjoy fellowship  and listen to a variety of speakers as

we are encouraged to become disciples of Christ.

When does it take place?

PW meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month September to April at 8.00pm in the Church Hall.

 


Senior Citizens' Fellowship

  The Senior Citizens' Fellowship meet in the Church Hall on the
second and fourth Tuesday of the month at  10.15am (September - April).
Each meeting has a guest speaker, along with tea/coffee and home made scones.
